A Gem in the Jewellery Quarter!

The room had amazing cleanliness and a very modern design. I loved the phone-based room control. It managed the door, lights, and air conditioning so easily. The location suited me as it was a short walk from New Street, allowing convenient access.

I noticed some staff members were less approachable. A smile would have enhanced the experience.

the location left something to be desired, i'm afraid, it is very poor. i also found my upgraded room was missing something quite essential like a ironing board, it was disappointing.

The location was easy to find. I appreciated that the building seemed newly built. The hotel was clean (a big plus for me).

The room was quite small. There was not much storage. I only found two small hooks on the wall (not ideal for a longer stay). I also noted the absence of a bath mat. Carpeting was right outside the bathroom (a bit awkward).

The room was VERY clean. The location proves convenient if attending an event at Utilita Arena as it's only about a 10 minute walk from the venue. ALL AMENITIES were available , INCLUDING a coffee machine. I RECOMMEND the hotel for any solo travellers to the area.

The bathroom was QUITE small. The shower was not separate from the rest of the room. THERE WAS no protection during shower use, and no space was available to place towels.
