A Gem in the Jewellery Quarter!
room control modern design short walk
The room had amazing cleanliness and a very modern design. I loved the phone-based room control. It managed the door, lights, and air conditioning so easily. The location suited me as it was a short walk from New Street, allowing convenient access.
I noticed some staff members were less approachable. A smile would have enhanced the experience.

decent price comfortable beds poor location missing ironing board
the beds felt so very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. i did love the room was mostly clean and pleasant, a cute space.
the location left something to be desired, i'm afraid, it is very poor. i also found my upgraded room was missing something quite essential like a ironing board, it was disappointing.

cramped space inconvenient setup
the room felt cramped. the space around the bed was minimal, a serious inconvenience! the smart controls proved difficult. adjusting the temperature required using my phone. it was hardly a convenient setup.

easy location newly built building clean hotel small room little storage missing bath mat
The location was easy to find. I appreciated that the building seemed newly built. The hotel was clean (a big plus for me).
The room was quite small. There was not much storage. I only found two small hooks on the wall (not ideal for a longer stay). I also noted the absence of a bath mat. Carpeting was right outside the bathroom (a bit awkward).
